COVID-19 Policy/Procedures

Beginning May 4th, 2020, we will resume routine patient eye care.

However, your visit will not look the same as it has in the past. We are taking staff and patient safety very seriously. In order to accommodate the high standards of disinfection, we are slowing our patient flow rate.

We have a back log of patients to work through since closing on March 18, so please be patient with us. When you arrive to our office for any reason, please call us at 580-323-5421 to check in.

At this time, we require that you wear a face mask at all times during your visit. If you do not have a face mask to wear, we can provide you one for a nominal fee. We are also limiting visitors, only scheduled patients are allowed into the building at this time. Of course, minors and disabled individuals may have ONE healthy adult enter with them. They will be required to wear a face mask at times, as well. Anyone (including staff) who enters the building will be screened for fever and COVID-19 symptoms. We fully disinfect each exam room after each use and each frame after try-on. We also regularly disinfect commonly touched surfaces throughout the day. Although we love catching up with our patients, we are also limiting our face-to-face time to 15 minutes per staff member, per patient.

We want you to rest assured that we are doing everything we can to minimize risk and exposure to both our staff and our patients.
