Satisfaction Policy


Our office sells custom made products and therefore cannot issue a full refund for glasses once they have been ordered. Partial credit or refund may be given depending on the circumstance and returnability of product. Cancellations will be subject to a restocking fee if the job has been started at the lab.


We offer a one-time, 60-day period remake policy. This would include adding or removing lens options, non-adapts to certain lens designs or materials, frame changes, or changes in your prescription. Refunds will not be given on any material or lens design changes. Any additional remakes will be subject to fees.


We service our products sold by offering manufacturer’s warranties to our patients. These warranties cover manufacturer’s defects under normal wear and tear conditions, and not against abuse, accidents, or loss. Warranties will be honored during the duration offered by the manufacturer and cannot be extended by our office.

Contact Lenses

Refunds/exchanges can be given on many disposable planned replacement contact lenses. Boxes must be unopened and in resalable condition. For opened boxes, only exchanges will be given with prior approval by our office. Any other custom contact lenses will be subject to manufacturer’s return and refund policies and will vary by circumstances.

Professional Services

Absolutely no refunds can be made on any professional service or paid visit.
